Snelling was founded by staffing industry pioneers Lou & Gwen Snelling in 1951 in Philadelphia.
In 2005, Patriarch Partners and CEO Lynn Tilton invested in Snelling to help further our growth. Through Ms. Tilton's leadership, Snelling is now certified by the Women's Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC).
Currently headquartered in Dallas, TX, Snelling continues to provide comprehensive workforce planning/ management solutions to our 4,000+ clients through our network of 120 offices and franchises. Our focus has always remained to partner with our clients in order to easily match the right talent to the right job in the right company.
